On Label Test Report for HEPA Filter

As the HEPA Filters are always installed in the critical environment requirement condition, quality assurance of the HEPA filters has been always the be the concerns of the cleanroom users. Over the years, different kinds of testing method has been developed to challenge the intergrity and performance of the HEPA filters. The revolution of HEPA filter testing method has been changed from smoke leak test to integrity particle count and photometer leak scan test.

As the quality demands of the HEPA filters have getting more strict each day due to the new regulations of cleanroom industries, HEPA filters are not only have to be tested by manufacturer, but also have to be re-tested after site installation. The traceability of quality control requirements in GMP production environment and medical operation theater have request the full documentated test report for all the HEPA filters that to be installed in the facilities. The situation has driven HEPA filter manufacturers to 100% full test the HEPA filters with individual test report attached to each filters. Unfortunately, seperated test report may lost sometimes and leads to additional re-printing works.

Seeing this problem in the industry, EBRACO has decided to develop its own 'On Label Test Report" for HEPA filters. The 'On Label Test Report' wilth full information of each individual HEPA filters from filter's model, serial and batch number, leak test date, efficiency and environment of test is more sophisticated and convenince compare to the conventional test report. Furthermore, the test report and information will be together with the filter from day 1 until the end of the lifespan of the HEPA filter. The cleanroom quality control personnel can retrieve the data of each filter easily without searching back the old documents or scan the QR code. This is what we call THE NEW ERA of HEPA Filtration.
